About Complete Allied Health Care:
Complete Allied Health Care is a leading organisation that offers exceptional personalised allied health services to the local community. We are part of a growing multi-state network of allied health centres that incorporate Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Podiatry and Massage Therapy services within a friendly and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of this role, you will play an important part in ensuring our facilities, vehicles, and day-to-day operations are well maintained, safe, compliant, and running efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conduct regular site and facility inspections to ensure workplaces are safe, clean, presentable, well maintained, and compliant with relevant company policies and workplace requirements.
Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and general service requests, liaising with contractors, suppliers, building management, and other service providers to ensure work is completed promptly and to an appropriate standard.
Proactively identify maintenance requirements, potential hazards, WHS concerns, and operational issues, escalating matters where necessary and coordinating corrective actions through to completion.
Support the ongoing management of the company vehicle fleet, including vehicle allocation, registrations, insurance, availability, condition monitoring, and associated documentation.
Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing, preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and cleaning, helping ensure all company vehicles remain safe, reliable, presentable, and roadworthy.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation relating to facilities, site inspections, maintenance activities, vehicles, servicing schedules, registrations, insurance, incidents, and compliance requirements.
Monitor office supplies, equipment, amenities, and other operational requirements, coordinating replenishment, repairs, or replacement as required.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and service providers, building effective working relationships and following up to ensure agreed actions are completed.
Assist with the coordination of workplace improvements, office moves, equipment installations, and other operational projects as required.
Provide responsive and practical office, facilities, fleet, and general operational support to management and team members, helping resolve day-to-day issues efficiently.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of facilities and operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, service quality, and the overall workplace environment.
