Residential Site Supervisor

We are seeking another outstanding Construction Supervisor to join our close-knit team.

Position Overview

• Responsible for the construction of 8 to 14 residential projects

• Running the project with the assistance of the Operations Manager, Construction Manager and team

• Managing trades, suppliers and subcontractors

• Supervisor will be responsible for managing the clients expectations.

• Ensuring builds are run to schedule, budget and OHS requirements.

The ideal candidate would have the following;

• Strong leading hand or supervising experience

• Strong customer service skills

• Computer skills (experience with Onsite Companion preferred)

• Exceptional time management and organisational skills

• Trade qualification (Carpentry preferred but not essential) and white card.
