About the Role:As the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes, client management, and team coordination. You will oversee daily operations, optimise systems and workflows, and provide strategic support to enhance the team’s performance. Your leadership will directly contribute to the success of the business, ensuring high standards of professionalism, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership – Manage and improve sales processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.Process Optimisation – Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and streamline operations.Client Experience Management – Oversee client interactions, ensuring consistent, high-quality service and communication.Sales Administration & Compliance – Manage contracts, listings, marketing campaigns, and ensure all documentation meets legal and company standards.Technology & Systems Management – Utilise and optimise CRM and other real estate platforms to improve data integrity and operational effectiveness.KPI Tracking & Reporting – Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.Marketing & Campaign Coordination – Oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring effective property campaigns and brand consistency.
Who You Are:You have proven experience in sales operations, sales administration, or team management, ideally in real estate or a high-performance sales environment.You are highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.You have exceptional leadership skills and enjoy optimising systems and processes to drive efficiency.You possess strong problem-solving abilities and can think strategically to improve workflows and team performance.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.You are proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and real estate software (experience with Agentbox or similar is a plus).
