As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team and help drive our success.

About the Role

As our Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be the central point of our sales operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will manage the schedules of our property specialists, liaise with suppliers and external parties, and play a pivotal role in keeping our records accurate and organised at all times. Working closely with department heads and reporting directly to the Sales Manager, your ability to manage stakeholders and navigate conflicting schedules will ensure the success of our clients throughout the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar Management: Keep the calendars of all property specialists up to date and accurate, effectively managing appointments and scheduling needs.
• Lead Distribution: Distribute qualified leads to our property specialists promptly, ensuring they meet our high service standards.
• Tech Proficiency: Utilise systems including Zoom, Calendly, and Google Workspace to maintain efficient appointment workflows.
• Supplier Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for our lead suppliers, managing any changes or issues professionally and promptly.
• CRM Administration: Maintain detailed client notes in the company CRM to support other departments, specifically our property specialists.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager, providing daily updates and support.
• SOP Management: Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to your role, ensuring processes are well maintained.
• Client Engagement: Contact clients to obtain appointment feedback, reschedule missed appointments, and follow up with existing clients.
• Operational Support: Perform other duties as needed, demonstrating versatility and a proactive approach.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for improvement within the wider team in consultation with the Sales Manager.
• Recruitment Support: Assist the Sales Manager with the expansion of the Sales Strategist team, as required.

About You

You are organised, detail oriented, and possess strong communication skills. You can handle multiple responsibilities with ease and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
