Management Accountant

The RoleWe're looking for a driven Management Accountant to join our Finance team our Head Office in Subiaco.
You'll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting across the business, supporting the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycle, and taking ownership of our Fixed Asset function. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accountant who thrives on accuracy, enjoys partnering with the wider business, and wants to make a genuine impact on how we report and manage our finances.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position will focus on ensuring disciplined financial management practices are maintained while supporting the daily activities of operations.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver high-quality monthly management reports for business units within deadlineConduct financial analysis to support business decision-making, including ad hoc reporting as requiredSupport business units with budget and forecast preparationMonitor project budgets and maintain robust financial controls for accurate cost forecastingOwn the fixed asset process end-to-end, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and capital policiesCoordinate bi-annual stocktakes and post stock-take adjustmentsPrepare balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and clearing variancesProvide support to team members and the Finance Manager
The successful applicant will ideally have:CA/CPA MembershipMinimum of 5 years of commercial accounting experience.High attention to detail and strong analytical skillsA collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to build trust and strong working relationships.Adaptable, self-motivated, and committed to a high-performance cultureExperience with Dynamics 365
