Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer service in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with a diverse range of people. Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Confidence using computer applications and electronic record management systems. Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
