Showroom Manager

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for driving showroom performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. You will lead from the front, ensuring operational disciplines are executed consistently while inspiring the team to achieve sales targets, build lasting client relationships and uphold the premium standards synonymous with the DOMO brand.

Key responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales performance and profitability.

• Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales budgets, KPIs and business objectives.

• Monitor pipeline management, quotations and customer follow-up activities to maximise conversion.

• Analyse business performance and implement strategies to grow market share and client engagement.

• Ensure consistent execution of DOMO systems, processes and operational standards.

• Maintain accurate reporting, inventory management and showroom administration.

• Drive accountability around CRM usage, quote management, order administration and customer communications.

• Ensure the showroom presents to the highest visual merchandising and brand standards.

• Build a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.

• Coach, mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

About you

• Proven experience leading retail, showroom or luxury sales environments.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse performance and drive results.

• Highly developed organisational and operational management capabilities.

• Confidence managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proficiency in NetSuite would be an advantage.
