The opportunity

Paradiso Place is the Gold Coast’s most talked-about new address — a $1.5 billion, three-tower mixed-use precinct located only 90m from the sands of iconic Surfers Paradise beach. Construction is underway, Stage One is now selling, and the $100M Penthouse Collection launches later this year.

We’re expanding our on-site sales team and looking for a Junior Sales Associate ready to launch a serious career in project marketing and off-the-plan apartment sales — mentored by an experienced and a high-performing sakes and marketing team, working with world-class product, Australia’s leading creative and marketing consultancies and  Australia’s largest and most breath-taking sales gallery. 

If you’ve got a QLD Certificate of Registration (or you’re mid-course), the drive to learn, and the presence to look after high-value buyers, this is a rare seat inside a landmark project from day one.

What you’ll be doing

•         Supporting the Sales Consultants across the full off-the-plan sales cycle — enquiry, appointment, presentation, contract, deposit and settlement handover

•         Meeting and qualifying walk-in buyers, EOI holders and channel-agent introductions at our Surfers Paradise sales gallery

•         Managing your own database of leads inside Property Base (CRM), coding qualification, contact stage and enquiry temperature accurately

•         Running same-day follow-ups by phone, SMS and email using our compliant template pack

•         Assisting with weekly sales reporting, agent-report spreadsheets and campaign performance tracking

•         Representing Paradiso Place at inspections, launch events and channel-partner activity

•         Learning our sales training system with a clear path to full Sales Consultant

About you

Essential

•         QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or actively completing it before start date)

•         Australian working rights

•         Confident phone, video and face-to-face communicator — clear written English

•         Naturally organised, with strong attention to detail on numbers, contracts and CRM data

•         Comfortable in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

•         Genuinely interested in property, design, architecture and the Gold Coast market

Nice to have

•         1–2 years in real estate, project marketing, hospitality, luxury retail, banking or finance

•         Exposure to off-the-plan or new-homes sales

•         Familiarity with Property Base, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM
