About the Role:
Due to our continued growth across our operations, Tidal Solutions are seeking an experienced and safety focused, Mechanical Fitter and Boilermaker/Welder to join our shutdown Core Crew on a 12/9 roster for ongoing project works in the Pilbara and Goldfield regions.

We are looking for driven team players who can thrive in dynamic environments while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Role Requirements:

·         Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Mechanical Fitter)

·         Valid Driver’s C-class Licence

·         Ability to pass pre-employment medical.

·         All applicants must have the right to work in Australia.

Highly Regarded:

·         RTIO Inductions

·         Working at Heights (Within 3 years validity)

·         Confined spaced (Within 3 years validity)

·         National Police Clearance (within 3 months validity)

·         MSIC

·         VOCs (Verification of Competency)

·         HRWL (LF, WP, RB)

·         Basic Fire Safety Training

Key Skills & Experience:

·         Previous mining and shutdown experience

·         Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

·         Experience with fixed plant maintenance and mechanical assembly

·         Experience working on Crushers, Balance Machines and Conveyers

·         Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

·         Commitment to quality maintenance and repair standards

·         Ability to work closely with fabrication teams.

·         Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety protocols.
