Sales Administrator

Fleetwood is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our Queensland Sales team based in Crestmead. This role is critical in supporting the successful delivery of sales, tender and project administration activities across our Modular Building business.
Working closely with the Sales Manager, Bid Coordinator, Project Managers and key stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in managing sales documentation, maintaining CRM and project records, coordinating tender submissions and ensuring opportunities progress smoothly through the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities

• Support customers and manage incoming sales enquiries.
• Maintain accurate CRM, project and sales records.
• Assist with tenders, RFQs, EOIs and bid submissions.
• Prepare reports, documentation and project updates.
• Coordinate sales activities and pipeline administration.
• Provide seamless administrative support across the sales function.

You are a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys supporting a busy team and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You can effectively manage multiple priorities, communicate confidently and maintain accuracy even when handling large volumes of information.
You are someone who takes ownership of your work, seeks continuous improvement and enjoys contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

• Administration, sales support or coordination experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills.
• High attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Confidence using business systems, data and reporting tools.
• Construction, manufacturing or modular industry experience (desirable).
• Positive, customer-focused and team-oriented approach.
