Business Development Manager – Property Management

An established and highly regarded Perth real estate agency is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Property Management to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced BDM who loves building relationships, winning new managements and growing a rent roll.

You'll be supported by an established sales team, experienced Property Management department, strong marketing and administration support, allowing you to focus on what you do best – generating new business, building relationships and delivering exceptional service to landlords.

Previous experience as a Property Management BDM within the real estate industry is essential for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and converting new Property Management business, conducting rental appraisals, developing landlord and investor relationships, maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities and working closely with our sales team to maximise new business opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is confident, driven and personable, with a proven ability to generate and convert new business. You'll have excellent communication and follow-up skills, strong knowledge of the Property Management industry and a genuine understanding of what exceptional client service looks like.
