East Coast Lubes (ECL) distribute Mobil™ branded lubricants to clients throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory.

We currently have an opportunity within our Darwin office for a customer focused individual looking to further their career with a progressive company. Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will possess a strong work ethic with high levels of personal drive and energy, a can-do approach with the ability to positively contribute to a team environment.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate a successful work history in customer service and order entry/invoicing systems.  You will need to have a flexible attitude, be team orientated with a good eye for detail. You will be required to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction whilst managing enquiries, coordinating logistics, general duties and housekeeping in a safe and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipping, order status, and any logistics related inquiries.

• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.

• Coordinate with the transport and logistics teams to track shipments and manage delivery schedules.

• Communicate proactively with customers and the Sales Team regarding any potential delays or changes in their orders.

About you

• Ensure a safety first attitude is displayed at all times.

• A current driver's licence.

• Ability to handle a multitask environment and work unsupervised.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems.
