Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead our fast-paced and diverse, spare parts distribution centre. You will oversee daily inventory control, picking accuracy, and dispatch schedules while managing a dedicated team of storepersons. This role requires a hands-on leader who understands the urgency of parts distribution and thrives on leading a team by example.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate daily tasks for the warehouse team

• Oversee cyclic stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain high accuracy

• Manage the safe receiving, binning, picking, and dispatching of all spare parts

• Enforce WHS policies, ensure safe manual handling, and maintain housekeeping standards

• Utilise our Warehouse Management System to track orders and generate performance reports

About you

• Minimum 2–3 years in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role, ideally within spare parts, automotive, or industrial machinery

• Valid Australian Forklift Licence (LF)

• Valid manual WA's drivers licence

• Valid Australian Highreach Licence (LO)

• Strong proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems software and MS Excel

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with courier networks, internal sales teams, and customers

• Ability to handle the physical demands of a busy warehouse environment

• Current police and drug clearance
