About the Role

As a Casual Optical Dispenser, you'll play an important role in helping patients select the right eyewear solutions to suit their lifestyle, vision, and individual needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients in selecting frames, lenses, and eyewear solutions
• Providing exceptional customer service and personalised dispensing advice
• Processing orders and managing transactions
• Maintaining the presentation and organisation of the practice
• Supporting stock control and inventory management
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure outstanding patient experiences

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about Patient First care and customer service
• Has previous experience in retail, customer service, or optical dispensing
• Communicates confidently and professionally with patients
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Can confidently learn product knowledge and explain options to patients
• Is comfortable working in a flexible casual role
