About The Role

As a Casual Optical Dispenser, you'll play an important role in helping patients select the right eyewear solutions to suit their lifestyle, vision, and individual needs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Assisting patients in selecting frames, lenses, and eyewear solutionsProviding exceptional customer service and personalised dispensing adviceProcessing orders and managing transactionsMaintaining the presentation and organisation of the practiceSupporting stock control and inventory managementWorking collaboratively with the team to ensure outstanding patient experiences

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who:

Is passionate about Patient First care and customer serviceHas previous experience in retail, customer service, or optical dispensingCommunicates confidently and professionally with patientsEnjoys working as part of a teamHas strong attention to detail and organisational skillsCan confidently learn product knowledge and explain options to patientsIs comfortable working in a flexible casual role
