We're continuing to grow our presence in Australia, and we're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Merchant Chadstone store.

Here’s what’s on offer:

• Role: Assistant Store Manager
• Rostered Hours: Sunday to Thursday
  
• Minimum Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Hourly Rate: $29.45 + 1.5x Sunday Penalty Rates + Superannuation on top + Bonus Potential!
  

What your day will look like:

• Running smooth, successful shifts and supporting day-to-day operations
• Coaching the team on product knowledge, service, and sales
• Driving store performance and motivating the team to hit targets
• Prioritising exceptional customer experiences
• Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture
• Supporting with store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock
