About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Bunbury on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will oversee daily warehouse operations across inbound, pick and pack, dispatch and inventory activities while ensuring safety, service and operational excellence. Working 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, this opportunity offers a great work-life balance with no weekend work. Success in this role will come from your ability to provide strong people leadership, develop team capability and foster a positive, high-performing culture

In this Role

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations
• Manage receipting, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch processes
• Promote and maintain a strong safety and compliance culture
• Support operational planning and resource allocation
• Coach, mentor and develop warehouse team members
• Monitor productivity, quality and service level performance
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

What are we looking for?

• Experience in Food service, warehousing, logistics, distribution or FMCG operations
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
• Knowledge of OH&S, HACCP and warehouse compliance requirements
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Experience with WMS and inventory management systems is advantageous
