We’re seeking a Property Manager to join a professional, supportive and welcoming team. Whether you’re looking to get your start in Property Management or already have some experience and are ready to take the next step, this could be a great opportunity to progress your career.

You’ll be supported by a strong team culture and have the opportunity to build your skills while gaining hands-on experience across traditional residential Property Management.

The Role

• Manage a residential portfolio of 150 properties 
• Oversee day-to-day property management responsibilities
• Manage maintenance, repairs and contractor communication
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and trades
• Conduct routine inspections
• Process applications, ingoings and outgoings
• Manage arrears and general compliance

About You

• 1–3 years of Property Management experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident building relationships with landlords and tenants
• Comfortable dealing with contractors and trades
• Proactive, reliable and hands-on
• Eager to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Current driver’s licence
