Looking for a Property Management role with a bit more variety?

We’re seeking a Property Manager to join a professional and supportive team, managing a residential portfolio while also taking on a portion of building management responsibilities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the day-to-day PM responsibilities but also likes being hands-on, dealing with contractors and helping keep a building running smoothly.


The Role

• Manage a residential portfolio
• Oversee day-to-day property management responsibilities
• Manage maintenance, repairs and contractor communication
• Coordinate building access and common area works
• Handle FOB programming and access requirements
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and trades
• Conduct routine inspections
• Process applications, ingoings and outgoings
• Manage arrears and general compliance
• Assist with general building management functions

About You

• 1–3 years of Property Management experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident building relationships with landlords and tenants
• Comfortable dealing with contractors and trades
• Proactive, reliable and hands-on
• Eager to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Current driver’s licence

• $75,000–$80,000 + Super
• Monday–Friday
• No weekend work
