Our client is a well-established, values-driven not-for-profit aged care provider seeking a confident leader to oversee one of their Residential Aged Care homes. You'll be supported by an experienced executive team while enjoying the autonomy to lead your service, develop your people and drive positive outcomes for residents.

The Opportunity

As Facility Manager, you'll take ownership of the operational and clinical performance of the home, leading a multidisciplinary team while ensuring exceptional care, compliance and financial sustainability.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a high-performing clinical and operational team

• Driving resident-centred care and positive quality outcomes

• Managing occupancy, budgets, workforce planning and financial performance

• Ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements

• Building strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders

• Creating a positive, engaged and accountable workplace culture

About You

You'll be either:

• An experienced Facility Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity, or

• A commercially minded Clinical Care Manager with strong operational capability who is ready to step into a Facility Manager role.

You'll also bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements

• Experience managing clinical operations, workforce performance and compliance

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, occupancy and resource management

• Proven leadership, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills

• A passion for delivering exceptional care while leading high-performing teams
