Residential Aged Care Facility Manager

We are proud to partner with a leading aged care provider to recruit an experienced Relief Facility Manager for a premium residential aged care facility located in the Upper North Shore. 

About The Role

• 3-6 month contract with a view to transition into Permanent 
• $90-$100 per hour + Super
• Beautiful Upper North Shore Location 
• Drive operational performance across quality, workforce, occupancy and financial outcomes
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
• Lead all aspects of service delivery, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care

• Proven senior leadership experience across aged care, healthcare, or a closely related industry
• Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and achieve strong operational outcomes
• Strong capability in financial management, workforce planning, and stakeholder engagement
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance
