Experienced Jobbing Moulder - Foundry Metal Casting

We are currently seeking experienced Jobbing Moulders to join our team. This is not a standard green sand operator role; we require moulders capable of producing complex, sophisticated castings to the highest standards. If you are highly skilled and have extensive experience in creating challenging sand moulds, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

As a Jobbing Moulder with the VEEM foundry, you will be responsible for:

• Creating complex sand jobbing moulds and cores, ensuring precision and high-quality castings.

• Managing end-to-end moulding and closing operations.

• Safely operating overhead cranes and other heavy equipment.

• Adapting to the dynamic production schedule to meet customer requirements.

• Maintaining a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.

Your Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A trade qualification as a Foundry Moulder (or equivalent certification from your country).

• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on jobbing moulding experience, particularly with complex and sophisticated castings.

• Strong skills in quality moulding, with the ability to handle challenging jobs and produce precision results.

• Good work ethics, honesty, and integrity.

• The flexibility to work overtime or on an afternoon shift if required.

• A current forklift license (or willingness to obtain one).
