The Role
The Administration Officer Level 3 within the Booking Office plays a vital role in delivering efficient, patient-centred administrative and booking services for Sydney/Sydney Eye Hospital. The role is responsible for managing patient bookings and waiting lists, responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate and confidential patient records, and liaising with multidisciplinary clinical teams to support seamless patient access and service delivery. The position actively contributes to quality improvement, workplace health and safety initiatives, and upholds the organisation's CORE values through professional, respectful interactions while maintaining a commitment to continuous learning and high-quality customer service.

Sydney Hospital is Australia's first hospital and dates from the arrival of the First Fleet in 1788.
Today, Sydney Hospital and Sydney Eye Hospitals’ state of the art facilities and professional staff provide a unique blend of general and specialist medical services for the public and community, including a 24 hour emergency services, general medicine including close observation unit, perioperative services, specialist hand and eye surgery.
