Mantra Tonsley Adelaide is currently seeking motivated and reliable Housekeeping Attendants to join our growing team, with supervisor shifts available for the right candidate.

Located within the vibrant Tonsley Innovation District, our modern Accor-franchised hotel features 88 accommodation rooms, onsite restaurant and bar, meeting and event spaces, and is proudly positioned as a self-rated 4.5-star property.

Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our hotel is presented to the highest standard at all times.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Servicing and cleaning allocated guest rooms and public areas to a high standard.

• Ensuring all rooms are presented in line with brand and operational expectations.

• Assisting guests with enquiries in a warm, professional, and helpful manner.

• Maintaining housekeeping trolleys and storerooms in a clean, organised, and fully stocked condition.

• Adhering to all guest privacy, security, and workplace safety procedures.

• Supporting the wider hotel team to ensure a positive guest experience.

About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A positive, can-do attitude with strong reliability and work ethic.

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred.

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation standards.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• A friendly and professional approach to guest service.

• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

• A strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.

Candidates with previous hotel housekeeping leadership experience may be considered for supervisor shifts and additional responsibilities.
