What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you’ll play an important role in delivering the high standards our guests expect.

Your day will include:

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to a consistently high standard

• Creating welcoming, beautifully presented spaces for our guests

• Restocking and maintaining housekeeping trolleys and supplies

• Assisting guests with friendly, helpful service when required

• Respecting guest privacy and following hotel security procedures

• Working closely with the wider hotel team to keep daily operations running smoothly

• Following workplace health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

• Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within a hotel or accommodation environment

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in a job well done

• Strong organisation and time-management skills

• A friendly and professional approach to guest service

• Reliability, flexibility and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills

• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

• Professional presentation and grooming

The role

This is a casual position operating across a seven-day roster, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

You'll be joining a growing hospitality group that understands one simple thing: great hotels are built by great people.
