Finance Manager

About the role

As a Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the day-to-day financial operations of the business and partnering with the Executive Leadership team to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring and developing the Finance Team through coaching, performance management and succession planning

• Managing the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

• Coordinating budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across the business

• Managing cash flow forecasting and working capital performance

• Driving continuous improvement of financial systems, reporting tools and business processes, including automation initiatives

About you

• CPA Australia or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior finance leadership role, with experience managing audits, budgeting and forecasting processes

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation and corporate governance requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing finance teams, with strong leadership and people management capabilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling capability, with experience using ERP systems and business reporting platforms

• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, production or supply chain environments highly regarded
