About the Position
We are currently seeking a high-performing Sales Consultant to join our passionate team at our beautiful South Brisbane display home.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and consistently exceeds KPIs. You'll be the first point of contact for new home buyers visiting our display centre or reaching out via online and referral networks. You will guide clients through the full sales journey—from initial enquiry through to contract and tender presentation.

Skills and Experience
To be considered, you will ideally bring:

• Proven sales success with a track record of exceeding targets or KPIs in retail, consumer

• A confident and professional presence, paired with excellent communication skills

• A self-motivated, competitive mindset with a drive to be the best

• Previous experience in new home sales is advantageous but not essential

• Exposure to the building or property industry is a plus

• Availability to work weekends—a must for this display home-based role
