Job Description:

As a New Home Sales Consultant at 5AB Homes, you will play a vital role in showcasing our beautifully crafted homes and guiding prospective buyers through the home purchasing process. Positions are available in our display homes in Melbourne West and Ballarat.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with potential buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.

• Conducting tours of display homes and available inventory, highlighting key features and craftsmanship.

• Providing detailed information about floor plans, customization options, and community amenities.

• Building rapport and trust with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

• Collaborating with our design and construction teams to ensure clear communication and seamless transactions.

• Negotiating sales contracts and assisting buyers through the closing process.

• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

• Staying current on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in new home sales, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

• Weekend availability is required.
