The OpportunityReporting directly to the Director, you'll take ownership of the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from site establishment through to practical completion. You'll lead site operations with professionalism, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the exceptionally high standards our clients have come to expect. This is a leadership role for someone who values structure, accountability and disciplined project delivery as much as craftsmanship and construction knowledge. You'll be empowered to make decisions, solve problems proactively and contribute to the continual improvement of our systems, people and project outcomes.
About YouYou're an experienced Site Supervisor who understands that great projects are built through leadership, planning and attention to detail. You hold yourself to high professional standards and take genuine pride in delivering exceptional projects.

Is highly organised, process-driven and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Has exceptional problem-solving skills and remains calm, practical and solutions-focused under pressure.Is an effective people leader who manages teams with patience, respect and fairness while holding others accountable to high standards.Builds strong, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers through clear and professional communication.Has excellent computer literacy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, project management systems and digital site documentation.Understands the importance of accurate reporting, documentation and programme management.Takes ownership, follows through on commitments and leads from the front. Has an uncompromising commitment to and respect for Work Health & Safety, actively promoting a positive safety culture where every person goes home safe. Understands that every decision made on site impacts the client experience and takes pride in delivering projects that exceed expectations.
Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you'll ideally have: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor delivering commercial, government or institutional construction projects. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, site teams and multiple stakeholders.Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple work fronts simultaneously.High-level problem-solving and decision-making capability, with the confidence to proactively resolve issues before they impact programme, budget or quality.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, email management, digital reporting platforms and construction management software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients, consultants and project teams.A sound understanding of WHS legislation, quality assurance processes, environmental compliance and risk management.Experience working in live operational environments such as schools, healthcare facilities or commercial sites will be highly regarded.Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, programmes and contract documentation.Current construction card, driver's licence and relevant trade qualification.
