About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on both residential and commercial construction sites. You'll ensure works are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activity and subcontractors

• Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and deliveries

• Ensure projects meet compliance, safety, and quality standards

• Manage site documentation and reporting

• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders

• Resolve site issues promptly and professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in supervising both residential and commercial builds

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and OH&S

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Trade qualification or relevant construction certification

• White Card and valid driver’s license

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
