Principal AI Engineer

Job Brief:

Creative Chaos is looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of machine learning algorithms and technologies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models and tools to solve complex problems and enhance our products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithmsAnalyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve AI systemsCollaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI functionalities into existing applicationsResearch and implement the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologiesMonitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and tweak as necessaryProvide technical support to other teams in utilizing AI solutions effectivelyDocument development processes, model designs, and results to ensure reproducibility and efficiencyParticipate in code reviews and share best practices with the teamContribute to the overall strategy and direction of the AI initiatives within the company

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role in artificial intelligence developmentStrong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AIExperience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorchFamiliarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniquesSolid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patternsExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI solutionsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholdersPassion for technology and a drive to stay current with industry trends and advancements
