Accounts Payable Officer

At CJD Equipment, our Accounts Payable team plays a vital role in supporting operations across Australia. We're looking for an organised and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our National Office in South Guildford.

In this full-time permanent position, you'll be responsible for ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end accounts payable processing

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently

• Coding invoices and matching them to purchase orders

• Ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained before payment

• Preparing and processing payment runs

• Completing monthly supplier reconciliations

• Investigating and resolving invoice and payment discrepancies

• Processing employee reimbursements and expense claims

• Responding to supplier and internal stakeholder enquiries

• Providing occasional reception relief and administrative support when required

About You

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A professional and customer-focused approach

• Sound Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
