About the role
As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience at a busy general practice in Chester Hill, NSW.
Key responsibilities
Greeting patients with a warm and welcoming approach
Managing appointment bookings and phone enquiries
Processing patient check-in/check-out and payments
Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
Liaising with healthcare providers and staff to ensure smooth clinic flow
About you
Previous experience in reception, administration, or healthcare environment (preferred but not necessary)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Proficiency with computer systems (experience with practice management software Pracsoft/Medical Director is a plus)
Professional, courteous, and team-oriented attitude
Vietnamese speaking is helpful but not essential
