We're looking for an outstanding person to join our Sydney office. This full-time role takes ownership of the new business proposal process ensuring high-quality submissions while overseeing the firm's internal and external communications. The successful candidate will liaise with colleagues across the country and help leaders communicate with future and current clients with clarity.

About the role
Manage the firm's responses to competitive tenders and new business opportunities, including researching, writing, designing and editing proposalsManage the development of quality marketing collateral, including credentials documents and presentationsSupport senior colleagues with their own deliverables by maintaining key brand assetsManage internal and external communications including the firm's suite of client only newsletters and publicationsOversee firm marketing initiatives across online and offline activities
About you
GRACosway's team members come from different professional backgrounds and offer a mix of skills and strengths. Our ideal candidate for this role will have:
5+ years' experience in proposal or bid management and coordination, ideally within a professional services environmentExcellent communication skills and experience proofreading and editingSuperior project management skills and experience managing diverse workflowsExperience using AI tools and a strong interest in furthering the organisation's capabilitiesStrong digital familiarity including with social media and website posting, SEO, and CRM and project management software.
