Area Specialist Casey is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to work alongside an experienced Lead Agent. You will learn proven prospecting and selling strategies, work directly with buyers and develop the practical skills required to progress into a Lead Agent role.

This is a hands-on selling position for someone who enjoys meeting people, matching buyers with the right properties, building relationships and achieving clear results.

What you’ll be doing

·  Undertake daily prospecting and lead-generation activities to create new sales opportunities.

·  Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and contacts in the database.

·  Respond promptly to buyer enquiries by phone, email and in person.

·  Qualify buyers by understanding their property needs, budget and preferred locations.

·  Build and maintain a strong database of active and prospective buyers.

·  Book and conduct private inspections and assist with open homes.

·  Follow up buyers after inspections and provide clear, timely feedback to the Lead Agent.

·  Match buyers with suitable properties and inform them of new opportunities.

·  Nurture buyer relationships throughout the sales process.

·  Assist with property sales campaigns, buyer negotiations and auctions.

·  Maintain accurate buyer notes, enquiry records and follow-up tasks in the CRM.

·  Learn proven prospecting, selling, negotiation and relationship-management strategies.

What you’ll need

·  A minimum of three years’ experience in sales, real estate experience is highly regarded.

·  Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate,

·  A current driver licence and reliable vehicle.
