Parts Interpreter

CJD’s Port Hedland Branch is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our small team!

If you’re an experienced Parts Interpreter looking for a hands-on role that will have you sourcing and selling spare parts, we want to hear from you!

A day on the job will see you:

• Guiding our customers and your fellow maintenance colleagues to identify the parts they need

• Keeping in contact with our customers as to the status of their ordered parts, so we exceed customer service expectations.

• Utilising the Company’s and manufacturer’s systems to identify the perfect part or parts for the job.

• Preparing invoices and financial arrangements to ensure a smooth-running operation. 

• Getting involved in stock takes and stock rotation as required.  

Your application will go to the top of our shortlist you have:

• Previous spare parts experience is essential.

• A current Forklift Licence.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.

• Have intermediate computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office.

• Have energy, drive, and the ability to work independently, with a can-do attitude.  You go the distance to deliver excellence to internal and external customers.
