Marsh Real Estate is growing, and we’re excited to welcome an experienced Property Manager to our small, awesome team in Robina.

For us, finding the right person matters more than fitting someone into a traditional 9-to-5 role.

You might be looking for a full-time, 38-hour week, or you might be an experienced Property Manager who can bring their skills to the role across 25–30 hours per week. As long as the workload gets done to a high standard, we are very open to structuring those hours around school drop-offs, pick-ups and other life commitments.

The position will primarily be based in our Robina office, with some work-from-home flexibility available for the right person.

You’ll take ownership of a residential property portfolio while having the support of a close-knit team around you. The principal of the agency is heavily involved and supportive of property management.

Your role will include:

• Building incredible partnerships with our landlords and supporting our tenants

• Managing lease renewals and rent reviews

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs

• Managing arrears and tenancy matters

• Keeping owners informed and providing proactive advice

• Working closely with our leasing and administration team

• Solving the everyday challenges that make property management interesting!

No trust accounting. No routine inspections.

We want our Property Manager focused on managing their portfolio, communicating with clients and delivering great service – not trying to do absolutely everything.

We’d love to meet someone who is positive, personable, organised and confident.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• At least 1 year of property management experience

• Good knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a growth mindset

• The confidence to manage your workload autonomously

• PropertyMe experience preferred

• Current Queensland real estate registration/certificate

• Current driver’s licence
