Our office is looking for an experienced Property Manager

An opportunity has become available for a highly experienced property manager to join our team.

Flexible working hours are available and the job would most likely suite a mom looking to work around School times or flexible working hours with the balance of work/ life-style opportunity.

Key responsibilities will include:

·       Managing a portfolio of property through the PropertyMe program

·       Conducting routine inspections

·       Arranging repairs and maintenance

·       Initiating rental review

·       Building strong relationship with landlords and tenants

·       Running of the day-to-day portfolio

The candidate will be provided the most sophisticated system and processes that will assist them to ensure productiveness, second to none and allow you to deliver exceptional customer service to our landlord and tenant alike.

Prefer role experience:

·       Minimum 2 year experiences in property management

·       Strong written and verbal skills

·       The ability to work efficiently and independently

·       PropertyMe experience preferred

·       Hold a current driver licence
