The Opportunity

We now have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our collaborative team. In this newly created role, you’ll partner closely with People & Culture Business Partners and
Talent Advisors, to deliver end to end recruitment activities while ensuring legislative and policy compliance, creating memorable experiences for candidates, managers, and employees right from the initial attraction stages through to induction, onboarding, probation process and offboarding as needed.
Working alongside our People & Culture team and Kulunga Aboriginal Unit, you’ll also contribute to initiatives that support and strengthen our Aboriginal workforce. This includes developing a professional services Cadetship program.
Key responsibilities:
Located in our modern offices within Perth Children’s Hospital in Nedlands, this full-time role will be offered a 12-month fixed term appointment.
About You
The successful applicant will hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or vocational qualification in Human Resource Management (Certificate IV/Diploma) or comparable experience in an administrative human resource/recruitment administration role. You will be a collaborative and people-focused individual who is eager to build your career in HR and learn from an experienced team.
