We are seeking a driven, sales-focused real estate professional to work directly alongside two sales agents in one of the St George area’s most active markets.
If you have experience in real estate and are ready to step into a purely sales-focused role, this position offers a clear pathway to becoming your own agent.

Key responsibilities
Generate appraisals, buyer meetings and negotiations

Build and nurture a strong buyer database
Prospect and generate new opportunities
Work across active sales campaigns from launch to close
About you
Minimum 1 year experience in real estate (essential)
Current Certificate of Registration or Licence (essential)
Strong sales mindset and ambition to succeed
Confident communicator with strong people skills
Highly driven, proactive and self-motivated
Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
