Warranty Administrator - Trucks

Wanted............. experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team. 

If you are a well organized, time savvy Warranty Administrator we have the role for you. No day is ever the same as you will be responsible for Warranty claims from start to finish. You will require outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) as you will be seeking information from the workshop to the suppliers. This demanding role runs on strict timelines, prioritization and accuracy. If you like to be challenged, then read on.

Your main responsibilities will see you:

• Processing, submitting and monitoring warranty claims to manufacturers

• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with OEM guidelines

• Liaise with technicians and service advisors to verify repair information

• Track claim outcomes, manage rejections and follow up on outstanding claims

• Maintain and present warranty records and reports to the Service Manager

• Assist with internal audits where required

• Adherence to CJD's safety and environmental policies and procedures 

What we are looking for:

• Previous administration experience within the automotive industry, handling and processing warranty claims using online systems

• Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail and outstanding organizational ability

• Know you way around spreadsheets, be at good data entry, be computer savvy

• Confident to ask questions as required or unsure

• An understanding of the mechanics of heavy commercial trucks will be highly advantageous
