Sales Admin

About the role

An organised, customer-focused Sales Administrator role perfect for someone who thrives on keeping things moving — from the first phone call through to delivery — and who enjoys building good relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Flexible hours are offered to work around school pick-ups and drop-offs, with the ability to start a little later, finish in time for the school run, or work around the holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with enquiries

• Prepare accurate quotes using our SAP ERP system

• Update and maintain customer records in the CRM

• Follow up on outstanding quotes to help convert sales

• Send, respond to, and manage email correspondence in a timely manner

• Track orders through the production process to ensure timelines are met

• Liaise with customers regarding delivery dates and order particulars

• Provide general administrative support to the sales team

About you

• Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or similar admin role

• Experience with SAP (or a similar ERP system) is highly regarded

• Confident using CRM software, with strong attention to detail

• Excellent phone manner and written communication skills

• Well organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and follow through on tasks

• A proactive, can-do attitude and comfortable liaising with both customers and internal teams

• Reliable and able to commit to agreed hours
