Administration Assistant

About the role

As Administration Assistant with RX Rims, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, coordinating administration activities and supporting purchasing functions for the business. This role acts as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, internal coordination and procurement activities, ensuring efficient communication, timely service delivery and accurate administration.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for site, phone and email enquiries

• Manage customer enquiries and requests, including order status, delivery schedules, ETAs, stock availability and approved pricing

• Provide back-up support for customer enquiries

• Support the team and day-to-day operations by maintaining effective workflow and communication

• Maintain system, process and operational documentation

• Manage purchasing and supplier administration

• Administer company policies, procedures and position descriptions

• Maintain site, facilities and compliance records

• Support workplace health and safety

• Support the efficient operation of RX RIMS by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

About you

• A strong focus on high-quality customer service

• The ability to coordinate administration activities and support purchasing functions

• Strong communication and coordination skills when working with customers, suppliers and internal departments

• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with common IT systems

• A professional and timely approach to customer enquiries and follow-up

• Strong attention to accuracy in administration, records and system documentation

• An understanding of and commitment to workplace Health and Safety procedures
