What would I be doing? 
As an Administration Assistant you will be responsible for providing quality clerical, administrative and secretarial services to achieve optimum levels of support.

This could include:

• Administrative, receptionist or secretarial services.
• Deliver professional customer service for all that come in contact with Cootharinga.
• Routine office activities such as mailing, filing, banking, tracking of accounts, invoices, orders and record maintenance. 
• Participating in meetings and training.

What you’ll need

• Beginner skills in computer software applications and technologies, including the Microsoft Office suite of programs and Internet Explorer.
• Current ‘C’ class driver’s licence with regular access to vehicle.
• A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
• Great listening and respectful communication skills.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Blue Card (We can help).
