The Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes in line with menu specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations
• Assist with stock ordering, receiving, rotation, and storage
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
• Adapt dishes to meet dietary requirements and customer preferences

About You

• Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen
• Sound knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
• Reliable, hardworking, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene practices
