Site Supervisor – Landscaping & Retaining Walls

As our Landscaping Division continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to help lead our installation teams and maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect.

THE ROLE

Working closely with our Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising multiple projects throughout construction, supporting our trades and ensuring quality workmanship across every site.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend the majority of your time on-site, ensuring projects are delivered professionally and our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising paving, retaining wall and landscaping projects across multiple sites.

• Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects progress smoothly.

• Providing leadership and support to subcontractors and installation teams.

• Conducting site inspections and maintaining high quality standards throughout construction.

• Identifying and resolving construction or design issues as they arise.

• Liaising with customers throughout construction and maintaining excellent communication.

• Assisting with site measurements, material checks and practical construction advice where required.

• Completing or coordinating minor warranty repairs, defect rectification and project close-out items.

• Maintaining a safe, organised and professional work environment across all sites.

WHAT YOU WILL OFFER

The successful applicant will have:

• Previous experience supervising residential construction or landscaping projects.

• Sound knowledge of paving, retaining walls, drainage and general landscaping practices.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support trades.

• Excellent problem-solving ability and practical construction knowledge.

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.

• Current Driver's Licence.

The following would be highly regarded:

• White Card.

• Machinery operating experience.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and construction plans.
