The Opportunity
Our national Water business is growing fast — and we’re looking for a Project Manager to help deliver some of Australia’s most important water programs. In this role, you’ll drive project excellence, embed strong commercial and delivery practices, and keep our teams performing at their best.
You Will
Support or lead project management on water infrastructure projects nationally with support from SPMs and Team Managers.Manage the design delivery of medium–large projects and programs in line with WSP delivery standardsEmbed robust project controls, contract admin and cost planningTrack internal costs and deliver clear, accurate client reportingIdentify, manage and negotiate project changes with clientsEnsure compliance with our Integrated Management System, including audits and quality checksApply risk management frameworks across all project processesChampion a strong safety culture and ensure safe delivery for all teams
What We’ll Love About You

You Will Bring
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management5+ years’ experience and proven project delivery on D&C water infrastructure projectsBackground in engineering consulting with design management experience highly desirableStrong interpersonal skills, with experience working across distributed teamsAbility to manage multiple tasks across several live projectsGood understanding of contracts, change management and drafting variationsCompetency in cost reporting, financial analysis, Excel and WordExperience setting up systems for project files, data control and complianceProven experience in managing project budgets and using financial toolsStrong written communication skills, including preparing high‑quality reports
