Store Manager – Collins St

We’re on the lookout for an experienced, energetic and hands-on Store Manager to lead the Collins Street Store. As Store Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer experience. You’ll build and lead a high-performing team, bring the 2XU brand to life through exceptional service and visual merchandising, and take ownership of sales, operations, and community engagement.

You’ll also work closely with our senior leaders, gaining exposure and influence as we continue to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Launching and managing our Collins Street store
• Delivering a world-class customer experience that embodies the 2XU brand
• Recruiting, leading and mentoring a passionate in-store team
• Managing visual merchandising, stock flow, and inventory
• Owning store performance, including sales, budgets and KPIs
• Building local community relationships and partnerships
• Fostering a culture of excellence, energy and pride

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in retail store management
• Proven track record of hitting (and exceeding!) sales targets
• Natural leadership skills – you lead by example and uplift those around you
• Strong understanding of rostering, operations and inventory
• Passion for premium apparel and delivering standout service
• A desire to be part of a growing business with big goals
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
