We’re a growing sports, headwear and apparel retailer bringing together some of the biggest teams, leagues and brands from around the world — and we’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our Uni Hill DFO location.

We want someone who loves being on the floor, leading from the front, talking product, coaching their team and chasing a great result.

THE ROLE

You'll take ownership of your store and:

• Drive sales and deliver strong commercial results

• Lead, coach and develop a high-energy retail team

• Create a great customer experience

• Deliver high VM standards

• Manage rosters, wages, stock and day-to-day operations

• Build a team culture that is fun, competitive and accountable

ABOUT YOU

You’ll ideally have Store Manager or strong Assistant Store Manager experience in fashion, sports, footwear, streetwear or another fast-paced retail environment.

More importantly, you're a sales-focused leader who brings energy, knows how to get the best out of people and isn't afraid to get amongst it. A genuine interest in sport, headwear, sneakers or fashion is a must.
