Junior Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes pride in accuracy, and can confidently manage day-to-day financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Processing invoices, payments and reconciliations

• Bank, credit card and supplier account reconciliations

• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

• Liaising with suppliers, customers as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous bookkeeping experience

• Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices

• Experience with Xero

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
